Mobile Assist is a staff-only tool used inside The Mobile Assist stores to value and record device trade-ins. It is not a consumer app. Access requires an account that a store manager has approved.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to complete a trade-in and to meet Indian record-keeping rules for second-hand device purchases.

We do not collect location data, contacts, messages, browsing activity, or advertising identifiers. Photographs are of the traded device only.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third party.
There are no advertising networks, data brokers, aggregators, analytics providers, or crash-reporting services connected to this application. All data is processed by The Mobile Assist as a first party. The only exception is where disclosure is required by law or by a lawful request from a government authority.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers located in Mumbai, India, operated by The Mobile Assist. Data is transmitted between the app and our servers over encrypted HTTPS connections.
How long we keep it
Trade-in records, including identity details and device photographs, are retained for as long as required by applicable Indian record-keeping obligations for second-hand goods, and are deleted once that period has passed.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request deletion, subject to the record-keeping obligations described above. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
Mobile Assist is a workplace tool for authorised store staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.
